Our job is to help our customers effectively source the wire-related products they need with a minimum of delay, hassle or problems. Meeting this need is our economic justification for existence. Therefore, it is our driving priority to provide our customers with the products they order, in the quantities ordered, delivered when and where promised, at competitive costs, 100% of the time.
GDW has a diverse customer base encompassing more than 4,000 active accounts worldwide. Because of this diversity, different customers often demand different levels of quality for the same item. Our goal is to meet our customer's dimensional and quality specifications, as documented by them in their original purchase order, 100% of the time. If the customer does not give us specific specifications with their order, we will meet all the normal commercial specifications and standards for the items we supply.
Regardless of whether we purchase and resell the products ordered, or manufacture them ourselves, we will stand behind all of the products we supply, 100% of the time.
Finally, we are committed to being "best-in-breed" when it comes to customer service. In addition to on-time deliveries, we define "customer service" as: consistently providing our customers with accurate and complete paperwork (including certifications), providing prompt, friendly and effective responses to their information requests, and providing immediate and effective responses to their problems.
In short, our goal is to consistently be seen by our customers as an exceptionally good company to do business with.
