Screen Cleaning Solutions

It is very important for all screens to be maintained in order for them to maintain proper function. There are many different ways that a separator screen can be cleaned, these include ball tray assemblies, clean ring assemblies, and sandwich screens.

Ball Tray Assemblies are the most common screen deblinding device and the most flexible. Used in a variety of deblinding applications, balls are sandwiched between the classifying mesh screen and a supporting screen.

In Sieve Deblinding, a Clean Ring Assembly, also known as a Slider Assembly has sliders (circular rings) placed directly beneath the classifying mesh surface and supported by a perforated metal plate.

Sandwich Screens, also known as Self-Cleaning Screens are used to mitigate screen blinding, or clogging of the mesh, slowing down production.
